Universities are not permitted to hold on to a candidate for a long period. Once a university cannot admit, she is expected to release candidates to other universities.

With the new system, such is now a thing of the past -- Jamb

[8/21, 11:23 AM] OlI Ver✍🏾: All universities still have the flexibility to create their cut off marks. This will be done between now and tomorrow.
